1. Purpose of these guidelines
These Safety and Community Guidelines are intended to help you use SolvTako with confidence and reduce risks. They do not replace your own judgement or the legal obligations applicable to you.
2. Recommendations before contacting or contracting
- Review the other user's profile, listings, ratings and references.
- Keep communication and agreements within the platform whenever possible.
- Be wary of offers or requests that seem too good to be true.
- Clearly agree the scope, conditions and price of the service before committing.
3. Identity verification and its limits
Where the platform offers identity verification processes, these may be partial or optional. Verification does not guarantee the absence of risk nor the conduct of any user, so you should exercise your own diligence.
4. Communication within the platform
Use SolvTako messaging to keep a record of agreements. Avoid sharing sensitive or contact details that are not necessary, and protect your access information.
5. Recommendations for in-person meetings
- Where possible, choose public places and suitable times for a first meeting.
- Let someone you trust know the place and time of the meeting.
- End any interaction that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
6. Protection of minors and vulnerable people
Take special care where a service may affect minors or vulnerable people. Any use of the platform that puts their safety or rights at risk is prohibited.
7. Payments, fraud signals and suspicious requests
- Be wary of anyone asking for advance payments through unverifiable channels or outside reasonable contexts.
- Do not share verification codes, passwords or full payment-method details.
- Common warning signs include pressure to act urgently, implausible stories and attempts to move the conversation off the platform.
8. Prohibited content and conduct
Harassment, discrimination, fraud, exploitation, impersonation and sexual or unlawful content are prohibited. Non-compliance may result in the removal of content and the suspension of the account.
9. Reports and moderation
You can report listings, messages or users that breach these guidelines, and you can block other users from their profile or from a conversation. Our team reviews reports and may take moderation measures. If you need help, you can contact support.
10. Emergencies
In case of emergency or if your safety is at risk, contact your local authorities immediately. SolvTako is not an emergency service or an urgent-response channel.
11. Limitation of liability
SolvTako is a marketplace and does not take part in agreements between users nor guarantee their conduct. Use of the platform and the contracting of services are carried out at your own responsibility.
