How to request deletion of your SolvTako account and data, what is deleted, what may be retained, and the applicable timelines.

1. Right to request deletion
You may request deletion of your account and personal data on SolvTako at any time. This page explains how to do so and what effects it has.
2. How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your account from the app itself, from the website or by email. You do not need to reinstall the application to request deletion.
- From the app or website, using the account-deletion option available in the settings.
- By email, writing to privacy@solvtako.com from the address associated with your account and stating your request.
3. Identity verification
To protect your account, we may ask you for additional information allowing us to verify your identity before processing the deletion. This check prevents fraudulent requests by third parties.
4. Indicative timelines
Once the request has been verified, we delete or anonymise your data within 1 month, extendable by 2 further months where the complexity or number of requests justifies it, in which case we will inform you of the extension.
5. Data that is deleted
The information associated with your account, such as your profile, your listings and your activity, is deleted or anonymised, except for data we must retain for the reasons described below.
6. Data that may be retained
We may retain certain data for the periods required by applicable law, for compliance with legal, accounting or tax obligations, for security and fraud prevention, or for the defence against possible claims. This data is retained on a limited basis and is no longer used for the ordinary purposes of the service.
7. Effects on listings, messages, ratings and subscriptions
When you delete your account, your listings and profile will no longer be available. Certain content, such as messages or ratings associated with other users, may be anonymised rather than fully deleted where this is necessary to preserve the integrity of third-party information.
8. In-app purchases and cancellation on Apple or Google
Deleting your SolvTako account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it from your Apple account (App Store Subscriptions) or Google Play account (Subscriptions). Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's policies.
9. Reactivation or creating a new account
Once deletion is complete, the operation is irreversible for the deleted data. If in the future you wish to use SolvTako again, you may create a new account, which will be treated as a separate account.
